Potato Pancakes with Onions

Potato Pancakes with Onions

How to cook the “dough” of potato pancakes with onions? There are many different versions of it. Many people think that hash browns only need salt, frying oil, and the potatoes themselves. This approach is completely justified, especially when dealing with high starch varieties, which will keep the dough pure without any problems. You can complement such a simple dish with mushroom or garlic sauce. The recipe we offer for potato pancakes with onions is more “rich” – the taste of the dish is rich and spicy. Try!
