• A visitor who doesn’t show up at the agreed-upon time and place is called a “no-show.” In this case, neither a refund nor a transfer replacement would be.

• If the visitor doesn’t show up at the agreed-upon time and our vehicle leaves without them, we won’t offer them another way to get around and we won’t give them credit for the time they weren’t with us.
• Packaged tours don’t give refunds for services.
• Prices for tours may not be valid during holidays and exhibitions. If this happens, cancellations will be refunded entirely.
• The seats will be set up based on how many people are in the car and how much space is available.
• Unless it’s a private ride, seats are given based on availability and at the driver’s or tour guide’s choice.
• You can only use discount codes when making an online reservation.
• You will get another date if the tour isn’t available on the day you asked for when you booked it.
