How to See Who Shared Your Post on Facebook
Sharing posts on Facebook is a great way to spread your message and reach a larger audience. It can be exciting to see your post shared by others, but it can also be difficult to keep track of who has shared it. Fortunately, there are several ways you can view who has shared your post on Facebook.
Checking Your Post Reach
The first step in finding out who has shared your post is to check the post’s reach. This can be done by clicking the “See More” option under your post and then selecting “See Insights” from the drop–down menu. On the Insights page, you will be able to view how many people have seen your post, interacted with it, and shared it. While this does not show you who has shared your post specifically, it can give you an idea of how far the post has spread.
Viewing Your Post Activity
Once you have checked the reach of your post, you can view the activity that happened with it. To do this, click on the “Activity” tab at the top of your post and scroll down to see all of the interactions that have happened with it. This includes anyone who has liked or commented on it as well as those who have shared it. You can click on any user‘s profile to view their activity or click on their name to go directly to their profile page.
Using the Share Debugger Tool
The Share Debugger tool is a great way to quickly review all of the shares that have happened with a particular post. This tool is available through Facebook‘s Developer Tools page and allows you to enter in a URL for any page that has been shared on Facebook. Once entered, the tool will show all of the shares for that page as well as any comments and reactions that have been made about it. This is a great way to quickly view who has shared your post without having to manually search through each user‘s profile page.
Viewing Your Notifications
Finally, if you have enabled notifications for when someone shares your posts, then you will receive a notification each time someone shares one of your posts. You can easily view all of these notifications in one place by going into your Notification Settings and clicking on “View All Notifications” at the bottom of the page. From here, you will be able to see all of the notifications related to shares as well as anything else that may have been mentioned about your posts or pages.
By utilizing these methods, you should now be able to find out who has shared your posts on Facebook quickly and easily. With this knowledge, you should be able to gain insight into how far your message is spreading and interact with those who are sharing it.
